Our godfather at Matrix Dance Academy, Paressh Shirodkar, has created a legacy through his illustrious dance career, both as a teacher and performer. Besides choreographing the international chartbuster “Lean On” with world-famous artists such as Major Lazer and DJ Snake, he’s also significantly contributed to highly passionate dancers in the Bollywood industry.

Paressh seeks undying influence from the late Michael Jackson and uses his idol’s life as a source of energy to make society groove and tap into the essence of dancing. He has consistently honed the dancing etiquettes of several famed celebrities and supported them in establishing a flexible approach on stage, on-screen, or as a mere hobby.

Carrying on inspiration from Michael Jackson and Paressh’s consecutive successes in Boogie Woogie championships, he has always been on the front foot, quite literally. All credits to his dedication in training over 2000 students and dozens of renowned actors. Over the past decade, he showcased exemplary acts for Sony TV, Zee Music, and several production houses across the media and entertainment hemisphere.

An absolute optimist with a knack to execute consistency, Paressh’s heart of gold, houses a long-term, vision of upskilling the underprivileged in the field of dance. He complements this vision with his dance academy that educates students on dance forms ranging from B-Boying to Popping and much, much more.
